For more than five decades, Cas Wonsowicz has explored the world not simply as a tourist, but as a curious observer of cultures, people, landscapes, and the wonderfully unpredictable moments that make travel unforgettable. Throughout his career with Unisys, Alcoa, and Intel Corporation, Cas turned business travel into a lifelong education by collecting stories, perspectives, and, quite possibly, enough airline boarding passes to wallpaper an entire room.

From navigating bustling cities to discovering hidden villages that rarely appear on maps until after one has left them, Cas developed a reputation among colleagues and friends as the person who could always find the best local meal, the shortest airport security line, and, on occasion, the wrong train platform entirely.

Learning Paris is the product of that lifetime of curiosity, which is a retirement travel memoir written alongside his wife Adry, blending decades of travel experience with a newer, deeper study of art and history.
